As part of the January 2020 trip, Mark Clements and John Gates traveled to El Carbon. El Carbon is located in the Department of Colon, near Balfate. A community of approximately 700 people. LWI drilled an 80’ well that is producing approximately 18 gallons per minute. LWI VBS team held VBS for 3 days at a church building in the community while the well was being drilled. VBS attendance for the 3 days was 215 children.
